Founded in 1975 Arcata Development started building apartment complexes in Arcata California. Since the founding of the company Arcata Development has engaged in all types of building projects ranging from industrial and commercial ventures to residential remodels.
We are a small family run corporation, in 1990 Michael Holm took over as president of Arcata Development and has been running the construction side of the business for the past 19 years. Our focus in construction has been custom buildings tailored to the individual needs of each client. We take pride in our ability to craft unique buildings to fit our clients not building our clients can fit into.
